父を自宅で介護する母の姿を見た時、衝撃を受けました。
疲れ果てて、余裕なんてどこにもない…。

介護には“技術”が必要なんだ！！
そう痛感し、私は介護の仕事に飛び込みました。

“技術”をしっかりと身につけ、施設で働き始めると、そこで聞こえてくるのは
「こんな体じゃ、もうどこにも行けないよ……。」
「旅行なんて夢のまた夢だね…。」

外出を諦めてしまう人が、あまりにも多い現実。
でも本当に、行きたい場所へ行くことは叶わないのでしょうか？
だったら、私がそのお手伝いをしたい！！
そう思い、今度は、旅行介助士の資格を取りました。

私のサポートはただの “付き添い” ではありません。
介護士が仕事として “はい、移動しますね” と機械的に介助するような関わり方はしたくないのです。
お客様には、まるで 「娘や姪っ子、知り合いのお嬢さん、お友達と一緒にお出かけしているような気持ち」 になってほしい。

いかにも “介護の現場です” という雰囲気ではなく、少しおしゃれをして、外出を 特別な時間 にする。
“非日常のワクワク” を感じながら、お出かけしてほしいのです。

私の願いは、一人でも多くの方が 「出かける楽しみ」 を取り戻せる未来をつくること。
外出を、もっと気軽に。もっと自由に。
そんな世界を実現するために、私は旅のお手伝いをしています。

「ワクワクおでかけこうべ」は、神戸市東部と芦屋市を拠点に活動しています。

日帰りの身近な外出から旅行まで、旅行介助士がサポートします。

大阪の老人ホームから、東京の娘のもとへ引っ越すことになりました。
長距離の移動に不安がありましたが、新幹線の特別室を手配してもらい、移動中はまるで旅行をしている気分！窓からの景色を楽しみながら、美味しいお弁当をいただき、昔の思い出話にも花が咲きました。
東京駅に着くと、介護タクシーにスムーズに乗り換え、安心して新しい生活をスタートできました。娘も「無事に到着できてよかった！」ととても喜んでいます。

娘の住むシアトルへ行きたかったのですが、関西空港での手続きや荷物のことが心配で、旅行介助士さんにお願いしました。
両替のサポートから出国手続き、飛行機の乗り方まで丁寧に案内してくださり、安心してゲートを通過できました。
無事に帰国し、2週間の滞在を終えて帰国した後「お陰で安心して行ってこられました！本当にありがとうございました」と、感謝の気持ちを伝えたくて電話しました。
次の機会があれば、またぜひお願いしたいです！

When I saw my mother taking care of my father at home, I was honestly shocked...
She looked completely drauned, with no energy to spare…
It struck me hard like a ton of bricks: "Caregiving isn't easy-it takes skills!!"
So, I decided to step into the world of caregiving.
That's when I decided to become a caregiver.
But once I gained the proper skills and started working in a facility, I began hearing these words more and more...
"I can’t go anywhere with this condition…"
"Traveling feels like an impossible dream…"
The harsh reality is that so many people give up on going out.
But is it really impossible to visit the places you want to go?
If that’s the case,  I want to do whatever I can to make it possible!!
With that thought, I became a certified travel care assistant.
But my support isn’t just about “accompanying” you.
I don’t want to offer a mechanical, “Okay, let’s move you now” approach.
I want my clients to feel like they’re going out with their daughter, niece, or a friend.
That’s why I don’t show up in casual, “caregiving” clothes. Instead, I dress nicely and aim to make outings a special time.
I want you to feel the excitement of stepping outside the routine and into an  extraordinary adventure.
My wish is to create a future where more people can rediscover the joy of going out.
Making outings easier, more carefree, and more unrestricted—this is the world I’m working toward.

When I arrived at Tokyo Station, I smoothly transitioned into a caregiving taxi and started my new life with peace of mind. My daughter was so relieved!

I wanted to visit my daughter in Seattle, but I was worried about check-in procedures at Kansai Airport and handling my luggage.
The travel care assistant guided me through the currency exchange, check-in process, and boarding, ensuring I felt confident and safe.
I successfully arrived and spent two weeks there, and when I returned, I called to express my gratitude: "Thank you so much for making this trip stress-free!"
